Let's find out how many entries there are for Ethiopia, Hot, on February 1st.
We're not going to do anything complicated. We'll just use Sort.
Sort is in the Data tab. Click anywhere in the column you want to sort by, then click Sort.
Let's sort by Hot/Iced first. Click any cell in that column and hit the A to Z button.
Now all the Hot entries are together and all the Iced entries are grouped separately. The key insight here: sorting isn't just about ordering by size — it's about grouping. Y
