This role has given me strong exposure to understanding people—how they think, what they need, and how to handle different situations effectively. It has really strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Alongside my work, I have completed HRM qualifications at CIPM Sri Lanka and I am currently pursuing the Diploma in Professional HRM, together with my Bachelor of Business Management degree at ousl.
