Hello everyone, I’m Abdul Manan, a student of Plant Breeding and Genetics. Recently, I developed an early-stage maize yield prediction system using the Random Forest machine learning algorithm. This model integrates genomic and environmental data to predict maize yield more accurately. For this project, I used datasets from the Genomes to Fields (G2F) Initiative (2017), including weather data, phenotypic data, and genotypic data.
