Valak slowly rises from the dark water inside the chamber, with only parts of the body showing at first. The surface moves as it continues to come up, until it fully stands above the water. It stays still for a moment, facing forward. Sister Irene watches from a short distance, holding an important object tightly in her hand. After a short pause, Valak suddenly moves forward and quickly launches toward Sister Irene, closing the distance between them.
