Why do people joke about the Epstein files? These files aren’t some punchline—they document real crimes, real victims, and real trauma. Making jokes about them erases the suffering of those who were exploited and distracts from the serious questions we should be asking: how were these crimes allowed to happen, and why do systems protect the powerful over the vulnerable? It’s frustrating that something so serious gets treated like entertainment, when it should demand attention and accountability.
