In our last session together, we'll discuss some of the challenges to implementing innovation and, more importantly, how to overcome them. In preparation for class, please read "A nasty case of pilotitis." Be ready to discuss: * Why are companies struggling to scale up AI? * How might companies overcome the barriers they are facing? We'll do some in-class activities and I'll leave time for any questions about anything we've covered in the subject.
