Umsindo ohlukanisiwe

Under the Articles of Confederation, the national government is too weak to solve major problems. For example, when farmers rebelled during Shays’ Rebellion, the government had no real power to raise an army to stop the violence. This showed that if we continue with a weak government, our nation could fall into chaos. A stronger central government created by the Constitution will be able to maintain order and defend the country when trouble arises.
