Umsindo ohlukanisiwe

Her current research focuses on the design and synthesis of novel compounds derived from natural sources, with promising therapeutic potential, particularly in the development of anticancer, anti-Alzheimer’s, and antidiabetic agents. In addition, she has made significant contributions to a number of research projects conducted at the National Research Centre, as well as at the Faculty of Biotechnology, MSA University.
