To create a new database file in Access Select Blank database to save it Rename your file exactly the same as your exam paper including spelling and capitalization Find your testwork folder using the folder icon press ok Then press create If you were given a database already made and you want to change the file name Go to file save as Then Save as Find your testwork folder Rename your file exactly the same as your exam paper including spelling and capitalization The press save
