Hello everyone, today I’m going to talk about psychoanalysis, one of the most influential theories in psychology. Psychoanalysis is both a theory of the human mind and a method of treating mental disorders. It was developed by Sigmund Freud in the late 19th and early 20th century. The main idea behind psychoanalysis is that much of our behavior is influenced by unconscious processes—thoughts, memories, and desires that we are not fully aware of.  Freud believed that the human mind is structu
