So, my boss legit just fired me, and honestly — the way it happened was insane. Like, I didn’t even see it coming. One minute we’re chatting about spreadsheets, and the next minute they’re like “You’re done.” No warning. No heads-up. I don’t know what went through their mind thinking that was a good idea, but here’s how it went down. I was sitting at my desk, doing my thing, and then my boss walks over, closes the door, and starts talking about “performance issues.” Now I was like “Okay cool, f
