When this statue was unveiled, most people saw it as just another beautiful artwork. But they didn’t know the powerful story behind it. Back in 2016, a dog fell into a fast-flowing reservoir, trapped by steep walls and a strong current with no escape. That’s when a group of strangers came together, joined hands, and formed a human chain—working as one to pull the dog to safety. Now, years later, anyone can reach out and become part of that same moment of unity.
