“This artifact represents the Rahman Talib Report of 1960, which expanded the recommendations of the Razak Report. It strengthened the use of Bahasa Melayu as the main medium of instruction and aimed to provide equal access to education for all students. The report also emphasised discipline, moral values, national identity, and promoted technical and vocational education.”
