To save your file in audacity with the extension a u p 3
Go to file, Save project
Save to your computer
Search for your testwork folder, inside your support file folder
Change the file name
then press save
To export your audio in m p 3 format
Go to file, export audio
Export to your computer
browse, find your testwork folder
and rename your file
then press save and export
