I know this sounds complicated. I’ll give you an example.
Let’s say you have a pizza shop and you’re doing $100,000 in sales. I come to you and I say… “Hey buddy, I would like to buy $120,000 worth of pizzas from you. I will give you the cash up front but I will not take the pizzas right away.”
You’d be like.. “Wow! That’s amazing. Sure.”
Because who doesn’t want the cash up front and then give the product later.
