Do not close the lid of the CCU if the tubing from the chamber to the tubing set can become pinched. Pinched tubing may restrict flow and compromise the process.
Ensure luer connections are not contacting the camera. Contact may cause damage to the system or the tubing set.
Closing the CentriCult Unit lid should be controlled and performed with minimal force. Do not use body weight or excessive pressure to lock the lid.
Always use a controlled closing motion and verify proper tubing placement
