Prolog (Programming in Logic) is a declarative programming language based on first-order predicate logic. Unlike procedural languages such as C or Java, where the programmer specifies a sequence of steps to solve a problem, Prolog focuses on describing the problem in terms of facts and logical relationships, and the system automatically determines how to reach the solution.
In Prolog, computation is performed through logical inference, where the system attempts to satisfy queries using the avail
