Cassian leaned back in his chair. “He’s not small-time. He’s been building quietly. Ports, shipping, some tech interests. Clean face, dirty hands.”
“How bold?” Elira asked, not looking up yet.
Ren answered this time, tone light but eyes not. “Bold enough to request a seat at your table.”
