Man: Hello, I’m calling about the report I sent last week. I just wanted to check whether you’d had time to look at it yet.
Woman: Oh yes, I remember receiving it. I’m afraid there’s been a slight delay.
Man: Oh, I see. Is there a problem with it?
Woman: No, not at all. My colleague, who usually deals with these reports, has been ill this week. But we should be able to give you some feedback by Monday.
Man: Right, thanks for letting me know. That’s fine.
