The mysterious stranger updates Higan on the situation. They want to let him into the city and send out troops to eliminate him. The stranger warns him not to walk into the trap, but trap or not, Higan is going in because he's got absolutely nothing left to lose. Hearing this, the stranger gives up and mentions that the city is holding a parade tonight, which will conveniently mask the sound of combat. Elsewhere, Jason is baffled about how anyone managed to track him down. But Morris cuts to the
