Celia Cruz was one of the most famous Latin music singers in history, known as the “Queen of Salsa.” She was born on October 21, 1925, in Havana, Cuba. From a young age, she loved music and studied singing, eventually joining the popular Cuban band Sonora Matancera in the 1950s. With them, she became a star across Latin America.
